Introduction
Why DMU?
I chose to study at DMU due to several reasons. First, it has a fabulous widely reputation, in computing in particular. Second, it is located in a convenient and peaceful city ( Leicester), as well as a strategic location(the heart of England). Third, DMU offers a CyberSecurity course, while the majority of universities do not have it. Fourth, the university's facilities was a good reason for me to choose the university, as it is extraordinary and caters to the students. Fifth, the diverse activities in all fields attracted my interest and excited me to participate in them.
Why Computing (Cyber Security)?
As I mentioned in my welcome post, I have a passion for studying computing since I was a little girl. Furthermore, I believe that the labour market needs graduates of computing majors. As it is the major of the current era ( Technology era). Cyber Security is such an interesting major, I am aware it is not easy but the purpose of choosing this subject specifically is to protect our government system from intrusions hacking. Not only for the government but also to protect my personal device system from the risk of penetration and unethical hacking.

ReplyDeleteFurthermore, as we have discussed previously, please select one of the Ten Commandments of computer ethics which have been defined by the Computer Ethics Institute. Write about your thoughts on the commandment you have chosen and do some additional research into the subject. Add all of this to your post. Please do not forget to link it to your major project to show context.
